Yes per month, They use compass salary structure. It increases as you get promoted. Yes, they shift. It isn't really stressful. very easy for women. Just no free money like NPF, customs and immigration. Booring like NDLEA only salary

You sure? Think I saw "consolidated" salary in the offer letter for PPPRA. So I think it includes upfront. Though they may still get money for training and travel if chosen
