I use not less than 1gb daily. But i think you were using Airtel night plan that's why. Their night plan once you exhaust in, your download won't continue.
Lemme give you an insight, the best browser for downloading movies is UC mini...if you like pause your download for 10hrs and continue, it won't start afresh

Yea, 170mb is small. It's only significant cos I'm on a budget(for data) recently. I rarely do massive downloads unlike before. Normally, I use about 2.7GB per day when I'm downloading movies. Off day, 500-800mb.

On Airtel night plan, it's not true for me. I simply port between my Sims when downloading and data exhausts. It resumes automatically on Opera Mini (latest version) everytime, as long as the file features pause and continue. That's why I never bothered that I had 200mb remaining while trying to download a 400mb file.

I've used UC mini before and to me it definitely doesn't measure up to Opera Mini's last 7 versions. On Opera I've paused downloads for over a week and the data still there and it continued where I stopped a week later. Eg, I used this very recently sef for Westworld. I paused the file and downloaded the remaining part when I decided I was ready for the series after I cleared up my previous watchlist.

I do this regularly, especially for a film I have in mind to watch but don't have space or time for it yet, as a reminder.

Death Note should be the on fztvseries.
I'm not a fan of anime, but Death Note is easily the best anime ever!

I'm never going to use UC Browser again!!
Imagine downloading Wolf of Wall Street and data finished for the First sim I was using. Then I swapped to my 2nd sim within 2 minutes, only for UC to refuse to continue from where I stopped From. I tried and retried all to no avail.
Over #170mb burnt. that one for give me one or two episodes of Anime I'm trying to hook up with.

@whitelotus could you give me links to Death note. When I'm through with Castlevania I have some Anime I'm going to dive into. Pics below that genre been making sense lately, with dark and gritty takes on it, even Nudity (Castlevania).

If you use an andriod device with Os 4.2 (Jellybean) upwards, it is better you get a download manager like Adm or Idm+, these handled downloads far better than opera mini and also accelerates download, it's best when you on a limited internet where you have to put off data and change Sims.

I've seen a little of Naruto and I hated the titular character, I hated the dialogue, I hated the action sequences ie how fights were constantly paused so that people who are fighting can dump a bunch of exposition on the viewer or how a lot of the fights were just a blur of fists and legs or how fights went on for too long but felt very unsatisfying at the same time Etc.

I've also seen a little of Dragon Ball and after a few episodes I wanted to gouge my eyes out.

I've seen some other animes that I can't remember their names and they were just meh.


However, I really like attack on Titans- I like the lore of the world, the writing, the characters, the action sequences etc.
I also think One punch man is really good.


Even though Avatar TLA is not considered anime, it could be one of the best if it was

I'm on Android 9.0 Pie and I use IDM. I mainly use it for problematic sites or Netnaija when I need faster download speed. And like you said downloading movies in parts. I mainly use Opera for Fz downloads cos I know it's usually superfast(800kb-1.2mb) so I don't bother much for faster speeds.

One thing I don't like about IDM is the separate folder it uses to store it's videos, even though I've directly changed it to Emulated 0 download path. Also IDM has a slower inbuilt browser(I'm not talking bout the downloading but the site browsing itself)I don't like having too many folders with different sets of videos on it. It's a cluster fvck.

I no know which Kain juju say make I use UC Browser oo. Wetin I never use for more than one year. I just say make I test whether him brain don correct cos I need alternatives. It's dangerous to depend on only one source.

Download managers like IDM are not primarily made for browsing so thier in built browsers are always meh...you are probably on an updated version cuz mine stores what ever file i download to the folder i assigned to it... that's why i keep apk files of my fav app just in case an update is trash i will simply uninstall and side load the older version

Yep, j meant YouTube download. I use the download option 95% of the time.
I'm too lazy most times to sit out watching YouTube videos at a go. I just download it down and wait till when I feel like or have time to watch it.

It's only very important events(SnyderCut teaser) I watch on the spot or do both. At times I watch direct for music videos I can't source elsewhere or download on YouTube.

Main reason why I have many (over 150)YouTube videos without watching most.

Lol, me I watch on the go...I turned off auto play so the next video doesn't automatically come up and take my data
