When I say he doesn't look after himself I wasn't talking about injuries cos there is nothing you can do to possibly prevent injuries, those are unpredictable..I meant things like diet, showing up overweight and extra physical training..these are things that specimens like Ramos, Modric and Ronaldo etc do that make them more likely to have longevity than the Hazards and Marcelos of football
