I strongly believe the management/board is behind this. The Barcelona dat conquered a full decade achieved that with talents mostly from la masia and not Marquee signings or some quick fix players.

The earlier they prepare for life after Messi and start building again the better for them.

Arthur is not from La Masia. Barca signed him for 31m from Gremio in 2018
