Please beware of this name; Raphael Wilson Ogwu - with account number: 1396228519 Access bank. He runs a scam Business on face book with the name; Creative line Industrial and Manual Sewing Machine and Best buy Africa Industrial and Manual Sewing Machine. I ordered for a manual sewing machine leg but they said they accept pay before delivery, an account number with the above mentioned name was sent as their company's account to pay in which i did but they never delivered till date and have since blocked me on all their platforms.

I reported to the bank and was told to go get police report but people told me not to bother because the amount I will spend will be more than the money lost to the scammers

Report to police.

Any amont you spent will be paid back by the scammer.

Go to bureau of investigation at any police headquarters.

Take it up, don't be a caward.

You will not only get all your money back but also let him spend his last card to police.

Anyone who gave you the advise below;

"people told me not to bother because the amount I will spend will be more than the money lost to the scammers"

is a scammer that is still roaming free.

Woman! Stop settling for hearsays or advice from certified illiterates who knowingly or unconsciously encourage fraudsters.

A police report is almost free. Go to the nearest police HQ and get it done. You are only charged for printing, stamp and filing.

Make sure his BVN is flagged. Once it is flagged, go home and watch the bank arrest that bastard.

Since this generation have learnt to encourage fraudsters, the victims of fraud must learn to maximize their options within the boundaries of the law and our constitution.

The person in the bank that told you to go get a police report is stupid

: CBN has now mandated every bank to open a fraud desk to handle such cases.

The Bank will investigate and even reverse such dubious transactions even though the scammer has withdrawn the money.

Say you use Fidelity Bank and you paid money into a scammer using Polaris Bank, you can simply send a mail to frauddesk@polarisbanklimited.com . and copy the mail to CBN at cpd@cbn.gov.ng.
Also, tweet at the bank and CBN.This puts the banks on their toes.
Make sure you send a screenshot of all your chats and transactions
