I don't need to see all d elevations of a building before I can value it. You can as well build a single room with 1 billion. It's ur choice!

The words in bold shows your level of ignorance.

Keep your opinions to yourself.

There is no need for the negative energy here.

Rejoice with the owner of the house, ask meaningful questions or keep quiet if you have none.

You do not tell a man how to spend his money.
U are in no position to tell me that!
I already congratulated the op & he has acknowledged it is my opinion. Abeg face ur front!

And your words show your level of inexperience!
Is it not the same materials they use in d front that was used in the sides? Did they use steel to construct the back? Please face ur front if u have nothing reasonable to say! I don't need any greedy contractor quoting me!

Exactly!
My choice, my business, not yours.
The OP's house, his business, not yours.

Started in February and moved in Over The Weekend. Thanks to the guys I spoke to privately.

God bless.

I think 19million is an inflated cost for this house. I did something bigger with great finishing last year at Ajah for 12million.
It's either you are lying or Your contractor needs to be arrested.

You need to learn how to relate with others with respect.

He owes you no explanation/breakdown of the cost. Deal with it and move on.

Correction:the right word is "write" and not "talk" You don't talk on Nairaland, you write.

Secondly, You are in no position to tell me how to write anybody on Nairaland. Am not your family member. Be guided. I may be old enough to be your father cos my 1st child is 24years.
Be guided

On here, people converse. So I am not out of line to say we are talking. Same goes for 'writing' as well.

I have the right to call your attention when you are outta line. Same goes for you as well. That you have a 24 years old child and still talking like these speaks volumes about your immaturity.

Consider these my last discussion with you on this thread.

Or else what....

You are too full of yourself.

The fact that you have a 24 years old child, whom you did not contribute morally and financially to his upbringing, does not make you responsible.

Did you actually say you will beat up another Nairaland member on the streets of Lagos? You have proved yourself to be a tout. The law will catch up with you very soon.

Very beautiful. Doing this kind of thing but on the roofing stage. The property section here has a lot to teach. I am learning a lot. I haven't bothered checking out the property section till now. I wished I knew what I know now. Have learnt a lot in building construction. A silent reader

Also, the cost of your building project may differ with locations,
your experience on the subject matter,
the kind of contractor engaged,
types of materials involved and so many other factors.

if the Op says is 19m, is okay by me and others. Our choice is either to rejoice with him or not.

Now on the cost analysis, you cannot have all the details of the money spent considering the pace of the project. FEB to JULY what a good speed.

You can build with less amount you can also build with higher amount.

OP Congratulations. Enjoy your new home.

God bless.
