Responsibilities
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Ability to sell products and manage sales orders
Manage all social media advertisements (Instagram and Facebook) and Sales pages
Adhere to and manage the approved marketing budget
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
Recruit, mentor and develop sales agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements
Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager
Proficiency in English
Experience in providing customer service support
Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word, Instagram ad Facebook
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Customer service orientation
Passionate about meeting customers needs

Package
₦40,000 monthly plus added benefits if sales targets are met
