Those are the kinda leaders we need, people who can advice you wen necessary and spark at you wen necessary. I think we don't have people that spark at younger players (when necessary) in this team. Just reminds me of Arteta and mertesacker at their playing days

it still boils down to Emery’s man management, Guen was invincible and looked untouchable under Emery. Subsequent managers don’t feel same way about him, he’s bound to feel that way.
I lost it when Guen will be directing other team mates on where to position under Emery while he’s jogging down, that should give a hint to what happens behind the scene.
How will senior players correct someone like that and he’ll listen.
