Op go to jiji and browse cars in your city. You can still get cars in that price range. You may be lucky to buy a clean distress car self wey you go flex well.

I bought a car for 400k in 2017.. it still runs so pefectly till date, frequently in use more than the new one.

It isnt your money that determines, it is your knowledge.

You can buy a car of 3 million and cry, you can buy a car of 300k and smile.

When you begin to work within your budget and stop going beyond your boundary. Life will be much easier and you will stop complaining.

If your capacity is a Golf but you want to join others in driving Camry. You will meet your doom and you will complain of village people.

Be wise.

500k will get you a good problem free car, only if u know where to look and have patience till u find it. Some well-to-do owners give out cars at rediculously low price after upgrading their cars. Don't be discouraged. And when u find good offers, don't be carried away, pay for thourogh inspection, and check well if all documents are valid. And be modest in your selection. Don't eye 2003+ models, especially non-japanese.
