no biggy, buy preseed lubricant , go to the lab with it, when going for sfa. some 'legends' can actually do it dry, till precum flows to aid the process

yes and know, when doing sfa, you are instructed to mas,turbate dry..but many people have problems doing this, if you must use a lubricant, ensure its a sperm friendly type..if you produce an sfa sample tru masturbation using non sperm friendly lube, it would affect your result negatively

I was here some time ago ttc for baby #1. It wasn't an easy journey. I was depressed. God finally answered my prayers and I was able to conceive. I was delivered of a baby few months ago. The reason why it took me too long to come forward was because I was trying not to get too excited till I deliver (the first pregnancy ended in miscarriage). So throughout the 9 months, I was scared. But glory be to God who made me a Mother today.

I am sharing this story to motivate someone. If you are going through depression as a result of ttc, I want to tell you that you are not alone. The God that did it for me will visit you soon.
I made a promise to God during my ttc journey that if I deliver successfully, that I will sow a seed (a token) into the live of a ttc Mother who really need money to buy some medicine but can't not afford it.

This thread really helped me and I want to give the token to a ttc mama here but I don't know who is more deserving of it. By "more deserving" I mean a mama in financial distress. Maybe the hws can suggest for me.

the lady is ignorant, saliva is anti sperm, same as soap, soap is even worse.
try coconut oil, try and use as little as you can, so as not to affect or contaminate the result volumes

Go with your side chic......thats the fastest way to cum but I won't advice that.

The best thing is to go with your wife... When you are TTC let the both and your wife be on same page.
You are doing all this yourself without your wife notice she on her own will be depressed and feeling bad that she can't conceive you are the problem.

Just tell her and see how she will carry your matter for head both with prayer and drug.....before your know it baby will come.

Your progressive motility is poor(it should be at least 50%)
Your morphology is poor too(normally- shaped sperm cells should be at least 50%)

Sperm count is low too( minimum should be 20million/ml)

Do you smoke? Drink alcohol? If yes, stop or minimize it.

Try taking more fruits especially cucumber and vegetable
Minimize stress
Work with a Fertility Specialist
