Make sure its properly configured by setting up the various API keys and the rest.

before you can do this firstly check if your theme is comparable with this plugin
I think you also need to install woocommerce plugin before it can work or you can add me on WhatsApp let me help cross check your website
after that you can change your website login details

Thanks i have not insert api key though but according to the video on how to setup the donation payment the guy tested it without inserting the api key.

The theme come by default with the donation plugin and woocomerce but i have not activate the woocommerce because i believe they are not related with the plugin

Well you need enable Woocommerce as the Donation plugin you enabled relies on it. So should be the payment gateway plugin also.
