Is EFCC chairmanship sole entitlement of Northern Nigeria?

I strongly believe and support the FCT police commissioner-mr Bala Ciroma for the position of EFCC chairman because of his integrity, sincerity, patriotism, hardwork, leadership, intelligent, etc.i was the chief security officer (CSO) in one of the leading housing estate along airport road in Abuja when Mr.Bala Ciroma was DC.operations in FCT police command.I applied to FCT police command for approval and commissioning of the police out post built in the estate which required the signatories of DCA,DC legal and finally DC ops (which mr.Bala Ciroma was the head)before final approval by the FCT police commissioner.my greatest surprise was after Mr.Ciroma dispatched a team of senior police officers including the then DPO of Iddo police station and area commander at Gwagwalada for inspection before he can put his signatory for approval. The estate management was happy for the approval of the out post and gave him an appreciation envelope but he outrightly rejected it with a reply that he was just doing his job and government is paying for the service.i tried to explained to him that it is just our way of saying a thank you,he immediately got angry, then I took the envelope and left.i started making enquiry about him because of that particular experience I had with him.He is indeed an uncorruptable officer/judge.

Random thought, which position would you rather take between IGP or EFCC Chairman? Which is more 'lucrative' or 'juicy' in the Nigerian context?
Legally, it's the IGP, the other way round, it's the EFCC chairman.

The EFCC chairman is usually a subordinate officer to the IGP, the IGP remains his superior even though the EFCC chairman is the head of an independent body.

The North can fight tooth and nail to strategies pillars that will always protect their ills. This mentality forced me to believe that Nigeria does not exist
