Jos in Canada?..it is very rare for snow to fall in Africa. Few spots in Johannesburg, Morocco and Algeria. Mountain Kilimanjaro has long been crowned by a cap of snow.

Not snow... they washed the road because a container carrying some chemicals fell n the stuff spilled on the road. I passed there that day. It happened at Idi Iroko b4 Maryland exactly in front of Shoprite.
