Thats a very good question.. I didnt factor anything. I am the type that dont care about mileage of a car as long as I keep making the money.

I bought my car March 2019 at 127k mileage for $4,500 and as I am typing, i have 178,000 on it right now and its still driving good.

My car visited the mechanic place 3 times i believe

- Changed Rotors and brakes
-Changed ball bearing once
-My stepkid moved my car when i was away in nigeria and hit the garage, changed bumper and washer fuild/paint for $500

All these are less than 2000$. all these expense, I put when filing taxes and still reduced my taxes

I do change oil and wash car regularly which is normal.

So on lyft alone, I made $35k+. so worrying about mileage was the least of my problems.

LYFT driving can sometimes be stressful and i really dont advice it full time but people do it full time BUT it is very good when you need to come up with money real fast.

Insurance, I didnt tell my insurance company I will be using for ride sharing and was paying $135 monthly full coverage.

I put all charges on my credit card, so once I cash out weekly, I pay off my credit card bills too

Due to the way I use cars, I cant buy a new car and i always expect to change my car maximum in 1.5years. So a brand new car wont work for me

Lyft which is the same as Uber has been a life saver when I need to come up with some money real fast. I dont need to stell stories about it as you all already know what is it.

I started driving Lyft March last year heavily and slowed down in October and I made a total $35,000 in 7/8 months while still working other jobs.

5am, I'm out of the house, come back home 10am. Go back out 5pm and come back home 9pm and that's it!
