MRKH (Mayer Rokitansky Kuster Hauser) also known as ''mullerian agenesis'' is one of the intersex variations whereby a woman is born without a vagina and an uterus. They have normal female chromosome XX and their outer physical appearance and genital is like that of a woman without you knowing the vagina is absent. Due to the absence of an uterus, she is unable to see her periods or menstruate and she is also infertile. You might ask how does she have sex or urinate?
