Actually, the legal profession wasn't set-up to turn out that way. The primary basis was for the prosecution and defense counsel to reason together for the purpose of upholding justice and providing remedy. No bias.

What we have today is a result of the kind of corruption that has eaten into the political spheres. Lawyers aren't supposed to be liers. They are supposed to be voices of truth.

The American Legal System makes provision for a suspect to make an Application for Suppression off evidence by way of motion.

If he can prove that he was kidnapped from Dubai then any evidence they caught him with at Dubai. e.g Laptop, Cash, Hard Disk Drive etc would be thrown out of the court and FBI would only be able to rely on their details they got from wire-tapping and Gmail records. You know what that means.
