We are backward because we threw away our cultures and embraced the cultures of foreigners.

India is the second most technologically advanced country in the world. Check the religion of many Indians, they are proudly Hindus. They worship idols, and carry different types of sacrifices. Yet, you Nigerians who feel sophisticated simply because you follow the ways of foreigners are not even among the technological giants in Africa.

Nigeria has three recognized main religions, and indigenous religion is one of them. Your forefathers carried sacrifices too, for blessings, prosperity and good health. All of a sudden, it is now primitive simply because the white man said so?

So who now beat them and forced them to chop the sacrifices? It's still your people and not the missionaries.
