please this snoring thing can be so embarrassing , so i came across a device called anti snoring device but am still not convinced how it works

please if any one has used or seen someone that is using it and it is affective let me know the brand and how to get it

Snoring happens as a result of breathing through the mouth while sleeping, could be due to some obstruction in the nasal, or developed over time as an habit. The idea of the devices is to enhance a clear airways or keep the mouth closed to cut out the sound zzZZ...
It depends on the one you intend to buy. But you must have known from experience, that every original has a fake, in this case, it could be fake materials vs original materials.

Snoring goes along with mouth opening bro, u can't snore with ur mouth closed, thats where the sounds comes out from.

u are wrong get ur facts right Google is your friend let me educate you small, snoring is a respiratory problem it has nothing to do with open mouth, some people sleep with their mouth open even children yet they don't snore
