Every country has criminals not just Nigeria but they have big positive things coming out from them as well.
There is Mafia and extortion problem in Italy but Italian Luxury Automobile Industry, Its Leather Industry, Its Wine production overshadows every negative thing, negativity.
India is world leader is Information Technology, they export of 60 Billion USD of ERP and Design software alone, They are Leaders in Pharmaceuticals, Vaccine manufacturing, Heavy engineering any many more thing. There is no country where Indians are not in Top positions of Engineering, Management, Science, R & D and Healthcare, World knows their value and world is in need of such human resource. Thus These Massive positive outcome and qualities overshadows small issues.

Unfortunately this can not be said about here. I hope you got my point.

On the contrary, Indians and Chinese are well known for those scams. The difference between us is that unlike Nigerians, they have good reputation in other things (Military, Technology, etc) while Nigeria is not known for anything besides boko haram and 419. That's the problem
