I don't see a big deal here because such an appointment if/where needed will most likely go to foreigners in the state especially to someone from majority tribe among the foreigners.

Na tribalism go finish you. What is one nigeria, when you cant see other tribes and minority as part of nigeria? Lagos has many tribes in its civil service. There is absolutely nothing bad in it.

Sorry I consider myself not to be tribalistic but what some ( not all ) igbos do here on social media if others give it to them they won't take it.

And to be fair you yourself know that no Igbo governor will make such a move. We have had commissioners who are igbos in non Igbo states tell me one of such in any of the Igbo state
