- Dinning
- Large Kitchen and Store and Laundry
- Guest Bedroom ensuite
- Cinema Room
- Gym Room

First/Upper Floor
- Family Lounge with access to front terrace
- Study room
- Madam's room ensuite with closet
- 2 rooms ensuite with built in wardrobes
- Masters with large walk in closet and two terraces as shown in the pictures.

External Features
- Large Duplex form gate house
- Large Gate with pedestrian
- Stamped concrete floor
- Large car park and children play area with an option of swimming pool.
- Generator house.
- Car park for up to 10 cars.

We would be starting this project this year for the client. We ought to have started if not for the Corona set back.
