Signed during his Tenure, not 70% of total C of O, two different things, Jos is a cosmopolitan city, very very unlikely for a single group to own 70% of total C of O.

Has this redundant lie about Igbos contributing "greatly" to Lagos not been debunked and discredited factually a million times? Why are you Igbos so patently dishonest in character?

The fact is that the sectors contributing to the growth, development and significantly increased IGR of Lagos has nothing at all to do with tax-dodging Igbos and their 2x2 shops where they sell fake goods.

Essentially, Lagos has developed Igbo and not the other way round. Your natural dishonesty can therefore only fool the gullible. The reality is that Igbos are the most hostile, clannish and unaccomodating people in Nigeria. It is the last region, in Nigeria, a non-indigene will win an election in.
