I think you should thoroughly look from authentic reviews from users using the phone and not some low rift raft taking random comments of internet users online concerning the phone.
I'm using the redmi note 9 pro and the phone is pretty much good since I bought it.

Xiaomi phones are good, their phones must past through test and various certifications before going into mass production(common sense). Any brand from them is good and based on your budget

it's a good brand, check expert reviews and their stats online and YouTube, you're good to good.

go to gsmarena......complaint is 90%....There are too many fault and bug to deal with .....run away from this phone.....save more money and get iPhone or samsung.

if you go through the reviews on gsmarena....this phone is nothing but a disaster .
90% complained and only 10% gave good review..
save money and buy samsung or iPhone and leave this china product for the china marketers parading themselves as Xiaomi bodyguard
