the truth is that, it was in the old testament that there were certain practises about cutting or not cutting of air. That was before.

But we are free now. All Jesus requires from us is to dress and appear decent and modest, by the directives of the Holy Spirit.
For some people, they may be instructed to nit cut their hair; for some others, they were instructed not to cut a particular style; for some others they are free to cut any style they want.

The end goal of this is that we should be like Christ. If cutting your hair will make a Christian brother or sister stumbled, don't cut it.

In addition, according to the Bible, no hairstyle is bad. It depends on your culture and faith.
