it funny our many Nigeria reason poorly. Y shldnt the doctors strike when they aren't been paid despite risking their lives. Then some unqualified foolish Nigerians will go and take up the job for stipends not minding how the other ppl were maltreatment by the govt. They forget that after a month or 2 the govt will do the samething to them despite they paid them less, then on big man go dey chop the money dey fat.

Doctors are human technicians who think they are next to God. Idiots, common COVID-19, they have no cure. Scientists will find cure to COVID-19 and useless doctors that will just administer the drugs will start doing like they are next to God. Useless mother fucckers

This nonsense will continue in Nigeria as long as the supply of labour is higher than the demand. It has been like this in the private sector for decades and it is not going to stop soon.

In a country like Nigeria, some employer will establish a company and intentionally leave out plans to pay salaries for years because there are always people to fill up the spot once the previous workers resign. The labour union is not functioning and the court is not helping.
