I uesd to believe APC whenever they were shouting "massive looting" in GEJ's government. With all they have been looting since 2015, from grass cutter, to Ikoyi flats, pension theives, to NNPC, NDDC FIRS, whooping subsidy payment now I Knew that the term "mass looting" was being misued.
