My budget is not more than 1.8m. It was even less but had to top up, considering the realities on ground. Was like thinking I can get it at less the Lagos price. A friend was telling me that going for salvaged might cost me same as clean title at the long run.

Clean title cost a lot and salvaged title is the economical way to go. If you can go up to 2M we should be able to get a top-quality salvaged option. Keyword here is "top quality"
