I want to invest in the betting company business, but since I am not inclined with programming skills, I will need experts in the field to educate me on what's involved and also the financial projections of the investment.

Go to a proper tech company and pay for quality advise or do your research yourself. Business feasibility is not done by tech people but business analysts. I hope you have at least N300m because registration alone will take almost N100m.
