When one dies, it's crystal clear that the spirit from God which gives life (Job 33:4) returns to God who gave it, while the body decays. So life ends here.
It's when Jesus comes back that the dead will be raised to life through GOD's power.

Jesus was only pointing to resurrection of the dead.
When Paul said in one his Epistles that, those that died in the Lord fell asleep, what does it mean

When Jesus died, do you think his soul lived somewhere before resurrection

You're still trying to replace Soul for Character from the humans perspective, whereas the Bible quotation you're referring to simply means Jesus is not happy with the situation surrounding his death.
For your information Sir, Jesus is not afraid to die because he already knew that he must sacrifice his PERFECT body and there is no way this can happen without him dying. But the Character (Jesus) doesn't want a situation where he will be accused, charged and executed on the grounds of blasphemy!
How will the coming generations of Jews view him?
Remember he came purposely because of the lost sheep of the house of Israel {Matthew 15:24} so he's not happy that Satan is turning the table against him, Jesus is the first and foremost spirit son of God who loves his father's name to be Sanctified (held holy) {Matthew 6:19} but Satan wants Jesus to be killed on the ground of someone who dishonour God's name!

Peter quoted this verse from Psalm 16:10, it was a prophecy and was fufilled at Jesus' resurrection.

You should ask yourself that, because I don't believe the "soul" the way you believe it.

Pls how do you explain that verse with your believe, you think Jesus' "spiritual soul" went to hell

You're still trying to replace Soul for Character from the humans perspective, whereas the Bible quotation you're referring to simply means Jesus is not happy with the situation surrounding his death.
For your information Sir, Jesus is not afraid to die because he already knew that he must sacrifice his PERFECT body and there is no way this can happen without him dying. But the Character (Jesus) doesn't want a situation where he will be accused, charged and executed on the grounds of blasphemy!
How will the coming generations of Jews view him?
Remember he came purposely because of the lost sheep of the house of Israel {Matthew 15:24} so he's not happy that Satan is turning the table against him, Jesus is the first and foremost spirit son of God who loves his father's name to be Sanctified (held holy) {Matthew 6:19} but Satan wants Jesus to be killed on the ground of someone who dishonour God's name!
