Its a Panasonic 37inches LED TV and a 135ltrs Thermocool Fridge.

I do not use this Fridge as I have a bigger one. It cools and freezes as well.

30k for the fridge and 45k for the TV

Infact, he should be ready to pay 500k and above for his specification. Even in the ghetto now self, no two bedroom flat for 250k.

Good day everyone, please I need a room self contain in Abuja. The location I'm looking at is Area 1, Lugbe or Jabi. I will prefer a new house but if I can't find a new house, I can make do with a neat place with constant electricity and water. My budget is 200k-300k. Any help will be greatly appreciated. If u like kubwa,u can get one @ the rate of 300k{around nnpc junction}... they have constant electricity,they use airport electricity.

I bought a bigger screen today.

Not in a hurry to sell the Panasonic TV.

The least I will sell the Panasonic TV is 45k and 30k for the Fridge.
