For me it's the opposite. It was Barca before Messi. I liked Messi during the world cup games and his passion for excellence but I didn't fancy the hype. Everywhere you go Messi Messi Messi. undecided

I became a Barca fan during the days of Neymar. Those days where he was popular for wearing the 100% Jesus headband. Then eventually started to like Messi as part of the club.

Messi is good. And banter aside, CR7 is also good. I try not to place them above each other. I just think they own/earn their space.

But anything to pepper CR7's fan grin
