No need to dual boot , just use a VMware workstation or virtual box that way you can still have your windows 10 on while you work on your kali Linux. If you run into any problems let me know.

i already installed vm so how do i get the kali linux i saw the file but too large to download

Two ways you can use are;
1. Do a fresh install of the kali Linux by creating a virtual pc in your VMware.
2. Download a VMware image of already built kali Linux system and access it with your VMware player

If you have Windows ready running go to disk part and create a separate partition, after that create a Kali USB bootable drive to install to the new partition and remember Linux files stem is ext_* , once you do that it will install a Grub loader allowing you to dual boot yo both windows and Linux. I dual boot on my system, i do not like vmware I find them limiting for me.
