I checked their website and it doesn't look like they issue visa Naira card. https://www.gtbank.com/personal-banking/card I am trying to cash out my PayPal funds but withdrawals doesn't work with any other card type except visa on PayPal So what are my options? I don't mind a horrible rate. I don't have the docs to collect the dollar Africard so my options are limited. |
