This is the second time this is happening today..

Although it came back on whenever I rebooted.

Anyone encountered such thing like this before?

It's a brand new laptop with laptop and options to return and refund

And am kinda a newbie on these things..

Seeking knowledge so as to know the next step

Take it back first thing tomorrow morning. Go and make sure they refund you or give you another laptop.
