Ministry of education are very strict on like foreign affairs, your friend won’t be able to do it on your behalf except you answer same surname, if this’s very important to you I’ll advice you to take out time out of your busy schedule and do the runnings yourself meanwhile you can also do this when you get a visa application date for the embassy

Growingboi:
You are right please. I wasn't the one that asked the question though but I know the information will help me determine the decision to make when the time comes.

I have a very tight schedule as well, going to Abuja my not be convenient for me. I'm Planning doing it by proxy through a friend in Abuja.

The person never said visa date, he only said when you get visa date. At least it will take you two days to finish everything , and might take up to one week

Hello, congratulations on your admission.

Please kindly note that as a prospective master student, i will ONLY answer the questions I'm very sure of;

1. You are required to also authenticate all the academic documents authenticated by the MOE at the MOFA (including other government issued documents like birth certificates, court affidavits if any) before legalization at the Polish embassy embassy.

2. Kindly note that AXA Mansard Student Travel Insurance covers student for a period of 92 days of which they advise customer to purchase insurance policy in the country of study to cover their stay.

3. I haven't gotten upto the flights reservations and sponsorship letters. Therefore I can't advise you on that.

I hope those who have being through this stages recently will advise you accordingly soon.

So if those photocopied document shows the signature of the official in charge, we still have to authenticate it at the MOE?

For instant, my transcript, the registrar signature is on it right?

I now photocopy it, do I need to take the copy to MOE and MFA to legalize it or to authenticate it?

Hello house , I need urgent answer to this issue. I filled the application form in one university in Poland and I was asked to pay the application fee, they provided the bank details via bank deposit but they instructed that I should include In the title my full name, name of course and faculty in the payment.i went to the bank and was informed that i must have a dollar/domiciliary account to be able to transfer the money..I don't have that so I was assisted by someone who has euro account. But the account carries the owner's name and there's no space to include the names, course and faculty they instructed.. after sending the money and submitted with the scanned cheque slip to convince theem, I was told by their email that I didn't pass the 2nd stage of admission process. I mailed them to know why I didn't make it to the 2nd process and was told in their response that they didn't see my application fee payment... That was how I lost the admission...now am going for another school and i was instructed to pay by that mean again...right now I don't know how to go about the transfer to be able to include the details they requested because I don't have domiciliary account, am gonna use someone's account...please experience guys in the house please advise me on how to get it right this time....

YOUR MISTAKE

I share your pains for loosing the admission and money. You actually failed to proceed to the next stage of the admission process because you failed to upload a proof of payment of recruitment fees that reflects your personal data so it's assumed that you uploaded a wrong document or you didn't fellow their laid out INSTRUCTIONS and this is one of the remote reasons why we fail to secure admission and Visa.

MY ADVICE

1. You should find out from the school if there is an option of card payment. In that case, you can easily pay with your debit master card which is the fastest and easiest way to your recruitment fee.

2. Please note that it's almost impossible to make a wire/Bank transfer to an offshore Bank account (school account) without presenting your admission letter of which at this stage you are yet to be issued with one.

3. For those who have a domiciliary/Dollar account, yes you can initiate a refund transfer but the bank charges is very costly. Imaging paying $50 or more as bank charges for just €20 recruitment fee.

4. Finally, you can tell a friend or relative who resides Eurozone to make the payment using your name as depositor while you credit his/her local account. That's if the bank's over don't request for depositor ID like the Western Union and Money Gram.

I wish you best of luck!!

This’s not the best way to interfere on issues, submitting a ties which is known as a property documents and others.. Is not a bad ideal although It’s not necessity for a student visa, the issues Lola685 is trying to make clarification about is the interview thingy which is well understood, you don’t have to go through a interview before getting your Polish visa

Good morning all. Am new here.. Please i need someone to guard me on how to get Poland Student Visa. I live on Lagos okerekenicholas@gmail.com

I have a Question.

My aim is to relocate to Deutschland not to live in Poland. But as getting interview date in Nigeria is difficult I want to edge through Poland using Langague course Visa.

Then applying to Deutschland after getting my Residence permit in Poland.
is it possible to relocate to Deutschland after living in Poland for 100 days and getting Residence permit??

Thank you. My legalisation appointment is next week. Please, how much does it cost to legalise at the Polish embassy? Will the money be paid in EUR or Naira? Do I need to present my international passport, original documents or photocopies and Passport photograph?

I will be waiting for your prompt response. Thank you.

Legalization fee is 30euro for each document.

Must be in Euro.

Original documents only.

So if you have five Original documents to legalize 30x5

Arrange your documents very well and be there just few minutes to your appointment. Put on your clinical face mask.

Cheers
