tecno's case is worst and unspeakable, it's extremely pronounced. For every 10 samsung, oppo, gionee, apple, umidig, huawei, nokia users that complain, there are 550 complainers each for Tecno and Infinix and above 2000 complainers for Itel.

but TECNO have very good devices that are affordable and their customer care is sound
