Rumours went wild yesterday that Nigerian On Air Personalty and Mediapreneur, Toke Makinwa was having an affair with Lagos Billionaire, Festus Fadeyi.

1. Dr. Festus A Fadeyi who is said to be in his 70s is the Billionaire Chairman and Managing Director of Pan Ocean Oil Nigeria Limited

2. The chairman is alleged to be a chronic debtor, owing just Skye Bank alone at least ₦196 billion plus.

3. Apart from that known fact, he also reportedly owes his staff members upwards of 6 months salaries.


4. Fadeyi, through Pan Ocean, took loans to fund the firm’s oil and gas upstream projects operated under Joint Operating Agreements and Production Sharing Contracts with and on behalf of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
5. His debts not withstanding, Fadeyi spends extravagantly on Toke and allegedly bought her a brand new Range Rover 2016 model worth over N50 million. He is also responsible for her acquisition of top of the line and very expensive designer bags, shoes from Louboutin, Bottega etc.

6. Festus Fadeyi is said to be a married man with 5 grown boys from his beautiful wife of many years.

7. Fadeyi’s children are very angry with the way he splurges on his love interest, Toke. They believe he is squandering too much money on her at a time he is heavily indebted to Skye Bank.
