Why is No Train Station named after Fmr President Obasanjo?

Because of Obasanjo's letter, anybody that criticizes buhari is an enemy.

Why do we always like obsessing over trivial issues?

Because he was there for many years and didn't build his own station

You don't give your detractor weapon to kill you. What if Obasanjo REJECTS the naming sensationally and creates bad PR for government?

On a serious note there are many infrastructure named after him allover the country.

When this started with Jonathan, the haters claimed it was denigration of their mandala naming 'a common' rail station after his name; that he was too much for that and something more important should have been named after him. I even had one nincompoop saying Nigeria name should be changed to Jonathan just because he accepted defeat at the 2015 election, instead of rail station.
Now the same people are wailing profusely why no rail station is named after their mandala's godfather. But does the godson deserves more than the godfather?

The truth of the matter is that:


1) It is too early to conclude that no train station will be named after OBJ because they have not yet given names to many of the train stations that will be built.


2) Secondly, OBJ is not the only person that did not have a train station named after him in this first round. No train station was named after Ernest Shonekan, JEA Wey, Sir Aderemi Adesoji, Adeyinka Adebayo and so on and so forth. Besides, there are very many things all over the country that are named after OBJ.
