Nobody actually care about the state of this country.

So long as you are benefiting and cruising, you are good.
You couldn't and indeed no one could have said and summarized it better
As long as ANY Nigerian, even those that are shouting themselves hoarse, condemning and proferring very amiable solutions today, start cruising in wealth, power and influence, nothing else matters.
Buhari thought me that the average Nigerian, even when the grave is calling,is a deceptive, lying, scammer, only concerned about how much wealth and power he/she can garner for himself, family, cronies and associates, once he/she gets to power.

There are countless Agbero in Ibo land. But as usual, their Agberos are ragtags without no iota of success.

At least MC Oluomo has kids abroad and one of them was the best valedictorian honored by the Georgia State Governor. He was given scholarship to study in Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

The Ibos only envy MC Oluomo because he is more successful than their own (wretched NURTW) guys. If their own NURTW guys were as successful as Oluomo, they would have turned that to a bragging right!
The SW keep glorifying touts. The SE kept them where they belong. That's the difference between the two.

As you can see, gradually, touts, street urchins, are taking the front burner in SW politics while the educated ones are being relegated to the back seat.

I hope you won't come here to heap blame on the future consequences on the SE?

Nobody cares, politicians are the worst
Unfortunately the Religious leader are the number 1 culprit of Nigerian's problems. They are supposed to be the conscience and moral police of the politicians but they are the worst at stealing the last kobo form the masses. The Religious leaders are the buffer zone between the politicians and the masses. They operate on the pyramid scheme.

As usual, people here are ignoring the message and getting bogged down in pointing fingers at the other side.

There is no single part of this country that one can call: "world class". For 60+ years, it's as if the country refuses to budge. This person is talking true... if you look at Mushin, Kebbi, Ibadan, Aba, Enugu, Kano, Ilorin, Asaba, Yenagoa... it's like one big glorified slum.

Sure, we have some impressive buildings in a few neighborhoods, but how is water supplied? Borehole. Electricity nko... self gen. Sewer nko... na personal soakaway. When it rains, all those neighborhoods na F9. When people get sick... no good facility, that's if there's light. The food we buy... there's no single market in Nigeria that we can call hygienic. Flies, potopoto, waste everywhere. It was the same in 1980s... it's the same in 2020s haba.

Every governor has given out kerosine, oil, groundnut, yam, or some other bullshit in order to win votes and buy people's voices. Instead of youths to gather with one voice, they are here pointing fingers that "your leader is worse, and your people are poorer".

How I wish the revolution will start from Mushin, Warri, or Kano... and there will be no stopping until the system is renewed. But instead, our youths (don't count me, I'm over 40) will tune in to see who is touching body on BBNaija, then complain that our leaders are stealing from them.

Are you from Lagos or any part of SW states?

What's your obsession with Lagos?

Don't you have a state of origin?

Would your day be incomplete without trolling me?

You have be lying to yourself of going on educational leave for almost a month now...

Shame will soon make you disappear not any leave cos you are getting more irritating daily...

A time will come when you will need people like us to contribute on an important topic of yours, na that time you go know as how it dey go.

Go and ask people before you... They are now spectators on NL.

Make your comments and leave me out ...

That's not too hard to ask.

Respect is reciprocal
This is how you fools go on attacking people, many of whom PAY TAX to the Lagos government.

He better channel all these deep rooted tout energies towards a fight for change.
A fight for Lagos state emancipation from Tinubu.

Truly, there is no significant chance in Lagos on the side of majority of the people.
I grew up in the streets of Surulere in the 90s.
From Adesina, Ijesha road, Itire road, Adetola, Akerele, James Robertson, Ogunlana, Shitta, etc.
The roads in the 90s are even better than now.
I don't what they're doing Adesina road for the past years that they've not reconstruct it. What about Ijesha road? From Adesina to Ijesha market. Not to talk of Kilo side.
Tinubu!
Where exactly is Lagos money going to?
How can we call Lagos a Mega City but we have no Metro line ?

RuudVanNisteroy:
I felt the same way, when I visited Lagos when Ambode was ruling. Majority of Lagos development is only on the pages of newspapers. The South West media has been used as a tool for propaganda.

The roads are in terrible condition, open drainage everywhere and Makoko is an eyesore.
Otito, I swear
