NewDelhi:

So if they don't use casual workers who will Doo the job? You're an enemy of this country and deserve to be locked up for this statement.
This egregious buffoon has been all over this thread to defend the willful and continuous usage of casual workers as slaves in this Indian/Chinese Manufacturing company. I would have educate you on why the slavish idea of casual workers should be discarded and why those slave drivers of a company should provide all necessary PPE and guidelines to avoid this hazards, I would have tell you why it's important they get their shits together and protect their workers against these tragedies, instead of trying to blame the victim always, BUT, obviously, it will be pointless as you have expose yourself as a brain dead lackey of the Indian slave Masters.

very sad, RIP to this legit young man.

working in a factory, one need to be very careful with machine and engines especially, if you have little or no engineering experience.

as an experience electrical engineer, I once work in a factory as crane operator , "a very heavy duty overhead Electric crane" suddenly the crane remote control started to malfunction loaded over 10,000 tonnes of raw material. I firstly run for my life , before anything else, and the loaded raw materials spilled and get spoiled,.

funny enough, my Indian boss care more about the raw materials than my life, he started blaming me for incompetence,. imagine blaming someone working without any accident for over 5 years , I got angry and almost beat him up that day, until his fellow Indian colleague settled us.

working in a Nigerian factory can be very dengerous, may God protect us all.
since then he start to fear and respect me.

He molded himself into soups... After night shift why not give ur self enough sleeping hour to fully recovered from the previous night u didn't sleep, am also guilty of that attitude, after night shift I will stay with my phone the following day instead of sleeping and regaining my strength... But mine is different my work is only inside office and I don't handle any of the machines let alot go near them, and I have evalance to sleep during work hours at my own will without any complain, because I am the boss cool

I've had my own share of the terrifying experiences too, they were very gory I tell you. Right in front of my eyes while working for a Pharmaceutical company, a colleague lost three of his fingers. He was blamed for 'negligence' and was sacked because he wasn't capable of working anymore.
I wish I didn't read this!!!
I feel so sad cry

Which justice? undecided.. how is the company at fault? Never heard of occupational hazard?
Yes have heard of occupational hazard before, but this particular company treat their workers as slave. There are some preventive measure measure missing in this company in which most of their workers has testified of it.
About the justice, the justice is done in the essence of duly compensation to the bereaved parent .

Yes, they search for faults and blame it on negligence.

Because there's no constituted body empowered by the law to investigate. Where's ISPON? When will they be constitutionally mandated to take over incident investigations.

So touching. I have experienced where one machine in such industry rubbished a worker's hand. I vomitted for a whole day, Crazily enough, the industry calls it negligence and nothing can you do about it.
u make money when u take such company to court. Negligence on the part of company can lead to award of millions of naira in your favor once you can show substantial losses you have suffered due to that negligence

So sad to hear a fellow Uite died an untimely death in this manner . the so called industry should be closed down till further notice with immediate effect. but, this government need to be blamed for this, if they have re-opend schools and tertiary institutions across the country, this wouldn't have happened. shame. Chai. This is sad. What a waste. Such an handsome, promising and hard working citizen cut down at his prime. And to think that the company did not deem it fit to do the needful? The govt should shut down the factory. Heavy compensation must be paid to the family.

Rest in peace brother. May your family find strength in these trying times.

This company as I learnt, was owned by the wife of Late Former Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi (Florence)

So sad, a young guy trying to hustle in this pandemic period to earn a living cry

It's not. Henkel is a global brand. They recently acquired Expand Global Industries Limited. The latter company also doesn't belong to her.
