2019, April, I bought a "brand new" RAV 4 from a Toyota Dealer. It had 15 miles on it from being driven around the premises and test driving by interested customers.

More importantly, it had no previous owners.

Can you swear that this your "brand new" car has no previous owner? And you dont even need to swear. Provide the VIN and let us see the history of the car.

You claim you are selling a brand new car.
I ask what is the mileage for verification or the VIN to know the history of the car.

Wether I am interested in buying or not is irrelevant.
Why would an honest dealer want to swindle innocent buyers.

The next thing is to ask me if I have mental problem.

Why would I want buy from a dishonest dealer. and a fool for that matter who is angry at legitimate questions any prospective buyer will ask about a car.

I am an extremely respectful person to anyone irrespective of age. A fool is a fool wether he is 20 or 70yrs old.
