Good morning Engineers in d house,
My all-in-one computer with window 10 O.S doesn't read files or recognise any external devices like phone, flash drive e.t.c except keyboard nd mouse only. I also connected it to the Internet tru hot-spots nd downloaded some driver for my phone but was been prevented by administrator. Pls help, how can I fix this problem? It doesn't have input for drivers because it's a all-in-one computer.

it's always discover it tru U S B but always telling me to format any flash drive bn inserted nd after the formating it wouldn't read d drive also. If it's phone, it would just b charging nd telling me to install drive which I was unable to do due to the system not recognising any disck tru U S B

it doesn't have a rom, it's an all-in-one computer. No separate cpu or other gadgets. It's a touchscreen. How can I installed Windows 7 on it because I hear that window 10 usually misbehave
