The useless governor finally announced August 14th for reopening

When the U.S., European countries and many countries with advanced testing,surveillance, evaluation, analysis and health facilities are scaling back on reopening even small number establishments,these ones that can't test up to 2000 people per day in a population of about 150million,are about reopening even religious houses with crowded facilities.
No wonder development has continued and will continue eluding us in the next 100 years.
