There are billionaire Doctors in Nigeria, although, they're very few.

The difference between them and Waya's father is publicity. Doctors are not social media people. I know of a cardiologist(Professor) that does an average of 200million surgery in a month. He has a cardio centre in a very big private university in Nigeria and other cities across the country.
