I noticed in your stupidity that you are not good with history, check most of the countries that separated from each other , they later continued doing business even while they had political tensions.

The USA fought for their independence against the British and today they are like brothers and sisters, South Sudan fought for many years to be separated from Sudan , recently Sudan have promised to send troops to help stop the recent killings in South Sudan , I could go on and on.

What you have felt to understand is that should Biafra separate from Nigeria, you think they would be perpetual enemies of Nigeria, no it doesn't work that way. The businesses between the two countries would still continue, people would still visit both countries for business.

As a pan-African poster, you can sue for unity via other means not this as its logic at base is shaky - if they are allowed to form their own country for example, nothing still stops Gabon, Mali, Niger, Cameroon and the likes from continuing to buy from them if Nigeria does not want to. Very intelligent and thoughtful submission. But, my brother, the one Nigeria is chocking us. A situation where people who are contributing little or nothing to the nation's revenue but wants to control everything is annoying. This is even more so when they are desperate to get rid of others just to achieve their aim. I love one Nigeria. But I think having independent states where everybody controls his resources will be the best. We can't keep deceiving ourselves that we can ever unite and work as one in this country when we have allowed tribalism and ethnicity to fester and destroy the bond of unity. All these fight will stop when every state realizes that they are solely responsible for their wellbeing. I say NO to seccession but a big YES to independent states. A United States of Nigeria
