WHERE IS RTD BRIGADIER GENERAL SENATOR DAVID MARK? "David Mark GCON is a retired Nigerian Army Brigadier General and a Politician. He was the military Governor of Niger State from 1984 to 1986. He was also a former Minister of Communication and two-time former Senate President of Nigeria from 2007 to 2015. David Mark was in the senate for 20 years, a feat that has remained unbeaten by any politician."
