The child is yours just as the child is his, except the DNA result says otherwise. Don't listen to that girl. It's imperative that you get a DNA test. Women who speak like that are deliberately trying to manipulate you into not getting a DNA test. They know what they are doing. They wouldn't buy such talk if they were men. Get the test done. If your wife doesn't like that you want a test to avoid stories that touches the heart, if your wife doesn't see the rationality behind getting a paternity test, that's her problem and she can leave if she is not interested in the marriage again. It shouldn't bother you as long as you know you did nothing wrong. Getting a DNA test causes no damage except your wife dishonestly wants to insist otherwise.

99.9% certainty is not enough. Every father must be 100% sure. A father can be 100% sure if he gets a DNA test. For you to give 0.01% doubt for virgin wives, it shows deep down you know having a virgin wife doesn't eliminate the chances of paternity fraud. I don't understand why people think it is wrong to run DNA test on their children. It was one of the things my spouse and I discussed. I told him we would run a DNA test on our kids just like genotype test.

It's no big deal and for me it has nothing to do with trust however I wont take it lightly if my husband does it on my kids behind me.
