allegedly initiated and financed by Obaseki led government is purely false and another avenue to scam the good people of Edo State.

SEE THE TRUE INITIATORS AND OWNERS:

The 6,000 BPD Modular Refinery is one of Chinese project owned by AIPCC (a joint venture between Peiyang Chemical Equipment Company of China and Africa Infrastructure Partners) who are building Refineries in Nigeria under Federal Government Oil and Gas Programmes and Incentives.

So, if I'm to follow your lime of thought. The Chinese and their partners just woke up one day and went all the way to Edo state, allocated land for themselves and began building the refinery without any input or agreement signed with the Edo state government

The Obaseki led administration played a major role in the setup of the refinery. Even the company handling the project stated clearly that, it is with the support of Edo State Government.

I took my time to check out other refineries that they are building in other states, and there was no where "with the support of the state government was mentioned".

For your information Edo State Government has a stake in the refinery based on the agreement they had.

Does it make it Edo State’s property? Is the refinery Dangote is building in Lekki, property of Lagos State?

This is very interesting; no wonder the Governor himself never says anything about it being a project by his administration — probably because such a lie coming directly from him would be easily exposed?

Na wah.

Edo State government also played a role
for it current stage of success, which is also a plus to Obaseki/Shaibu's government on like Oshiomhole who was telling Edo people lies that Shoprite is in Edo

Oshiomhole gave us this billboard in place of Shoprite. The site for this audio shoprite does not even have a single 6 inches block. But we all can see the modular refinery and power plant.
