I am hoping to withdraw my paypal funds from my Lesotho account, but I don't know if anyone has used barter and it worked?

I'm afraid I will be forced to pay $2 for activation fee and card will not work

I don't want to pay money and find out later on that the card is not going to work for Lesotho PayPal account
coupled with the fact that If I want to get the money back to my account, I'll get it at a lower rate.

Barter doesn't work for receiving payment. I have asked their customer care this question before and that's their response. I use it for Udacity for online courses learning.

Whether Africard or Barter, don't be too kako wink

Africard won't cost your more than #2000. And once verified you can receive to your acct directly. It worths the stress.

Is it that Standard chartered card isn't withdrawing again or you can't add to paypal? It could be temporal issue. I know people still using the card and it's working well though they now have a limit of $500 monthly spend on the card.

It is not withdrawing again. I get an error that something is not working right now anytime I try to withdraw to the card
