the redmi 9 has the better processor and is much cheaper.


if you're a fan of big RAM/ROM, big camera MP, big screen with low ppi, hate software support and USB-C, then go for the infinix note 7

Unless you want a P22 processor over a recent G80 processor, it's better you go for Redmi 9 and get good value for your money.

So yes it is much improved and better than G70.
